1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "valbet," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the online betting platform operating under the domain valbet.cam and its affiliated entities, service providers, and authorized representatives.
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the valbet platform and services.
• "Account" means the unique user account created by a User upon successful registration with valbet, through which all betting activities, deposits, withdrawals, and communications are conducted.
• "Services" refers collectively to all betting products, games, features, and functionalities offered by valbet, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, and any future products added to the platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on any betting market, game, or event available on the valbet platform.
• "Terms" or "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, guidelines, or policies incorporated herein by reference.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" or "Rp" refers to the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, which is the primary currency supported by valbet for Indonesian users.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register for and use valbet services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. valbet strictly prohibits underage gambling and enforces rigorous age verification procedures.
• You must be a legal resident of the Republic of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesia at the time of registration and when accessing valbet services.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Registration with valbet requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. You must verify your identity by submitting valid government-issued identification documents (such as Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

Each individual may register only one (1) Account with valbet. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or providing fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

2.3 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process and clicking "I Agree" or similar confirmation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other applicable policies. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register for or use valbet services.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other security credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you agree to notify valbet immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

valbet will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any request for such information should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our security team immediately.

3.2 Account Activity and Liability

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify valbet of any security breach. valbet shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account if such use occurs before you have reported the breach to us.

3.3 Account Information Updates

You must keep your Account information current and accurate at all times. If your contact details, residential address, or other personal information changes, you must update your Account settings promptly. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays in processing withdrawals, account verification issues, or other service disruptions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

valbet supports deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. We also accept deposits through popular Indonesian e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Most deposits are processed instantly, allowing you to begin betting immediately. However, processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and your bank's processing schedules. valbet does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier, ranging from Rp 50,000,000 to Rp 500,000,000 per transaction for high-tier VIP members. Specific limits applicable to your Account are displayed in your deposit interface.

4.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. To process a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed), and you must have met any applicable wagering requirements if you have claimed bonuses.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 5-30 minutes during Western Indonesia Time (WIB) business hours (08:00 - 23:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Requests submitted outside these hours or during peak periods may experience longer processing times, up to 24 hours. VIP members benefit from priority withdrawal processing with expedited timelines.

4.4 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard accounts have a maximum daily withdrawal limit of Rp 20,000,000, with higher limits available for VIP tiers (up to Rp 100,000,000 per day for Diamond and Black Diamond members). valbet does not charge withdrawal fees for most payment methods, though third-party processing fees may apply.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

valbet is committed to preventing money laundering and complies with international AML standards. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence for large transactions or suspicious activity patterns. Failure to comply with AML verification requests may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on valbet are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed, except in cases of obvious error or technical malfunction. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirming any wager.

Betting odds and markets are subject to change in real-time based on live events, market conditions, and other factors. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that wager, regardless of subsequent changes.

5.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting, including football (bandar bola or football bookmaking), basketball, badminton, esports, and other sports, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, FIBA, BWF, league organizers) shall be final for settlement purposes. Bets are settled based on the result at the conclusion of regular time unless otherwise specified (e.g., "Match Winner Including Overtime").

Asian Handicap (voor bola), Over/Under, Mix Parlay (accumulator), 1X2, and all other bet types follow standard industry rules as published in our comprehensive Sports Betting Rules document, accessible through your Account dashboard.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

Live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other providers operate under the rules established by each provider and displayed within each game interface. Slot games, including classic slots, video slots, progressive jackpot slots, Megaways slots, and cluster pays slots, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

5.4 Voided Bets and Disputes

valbet reserves the right to void any bet placed in the event of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, duplicate bets resulting from system errors, or any other circumstances where continuing the bet would be manifestly unfair to either party. In the event a bet is voided, your stake will be returned to your Account balance.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other promotional offers provided by valbet are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are clearly stated in each promotion's detailed terms, which you must read and accept before claiming any bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) a specified number of times before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x depending on the promotion type. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements—slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and certain live casino games may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

valbet strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes, employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other actions that violate the spirit of promotional offers.

We reserve the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and suspend or close Accounts involved in bonus abuse. In severe cases, we may pursue legal action or report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

valbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help you maintain control over your betting activities. We strictly enforce our 21+ age policy and encourage all users to gamble responsibly within their financial means.

7.2 Self-Limitation Tools

You may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and wagering limits through your Account settings. Once set, limits can be decreased immediately but increases require a cooling-off period of 24-72 hours to take effect, ensuring you have time to reconsider any decision to raise your limits.

7.3 Self-Exclusion and Time-Out

If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, you can request a temporary time-out (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from your Account. 8. Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

8.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the valbet platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your Account
• Using automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence to place bets
• Colluding with other users or engaging in any form of cheating or match-fixing
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes for unfair advantage
• Using valbet services for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Verbally abusing, threatening, or harassing valbet staff or other users
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access valbet's proprietary systems or source code

8.2 Consequences of Prohibited Activities

If we determine that you have engaged in any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently close your Account, void all pending bets, confiscate any winnings derived from such activities, and retain your deposits to offset damages or losses incurred by valbet. We may also report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities and cooperate fully with any investigation.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the valbet platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, images, software, audio, video, and user interface designs, is owned by or licensed to valbet and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the valbet platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works based on any valbet content without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, valbet, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of valbet services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of valbet services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

valbet is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party service failures, telecommunications network problems, internet service provider outages, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
